Electric heaters—flammable objects must not be placed near electric Teflon heaters; a certain safety distance must be maintained. The electric heater must be placed on a non-heating, flame-retardant base. During use, electric water heaters require human supervision, and the power supply must be disconnected when leaving.
During the application period, if the power suddenly goes out, immediately unplug the electric water heater’s power switch—don’t forget to do so. As for how often to replace the heating element, try to avoid using the electric water heater as much as possible and replace the heating element with a new one right away.
The Teflon heater is primarily designed to heat gases flowing through ducts. It comes in three specifications: ultra-low temperature, atmospheric pressure, and continuous high-temperature types. From a structural standpoint, these heaters share a common feature: they use thick steel plates to support the heating elements, thereby minimizing vibrations induced in the heating tubes after the centrifugal fan starts or stops. Each junction box is equipped with an overheat protection system. Currently, the commonly available ultra-low temperature and medium-temperature models are widely used in various air-conditioning units. The ultra-low temperature model can be directly installed inside the duct, while the medium-temperature model can also be installed. As for the continuous high-temperature model, its installation differs due to its unique structural design. Between the surface of the duct and the junction box of the Teflon heater, a 100-mm-thick thermal insulation material is sandwiched. On the one hand, this reduces overall heat loss from the duct to the outside environment; on the other hand, it also helps lower the internal temperature of the wiring compartment.

1. The electric heating tube uses an externally wound stainless steel strip with a corrugated pattern, which increases the heat dissipation surface area and significantly enhances the efficiency of the heat exchanger.

3. The heater is equipped with a temperature controller and a circuit breaker, making it suitable for use even when the gas temperature inside the duct becomes excessively high or in environments without airflow, thus ensuring foolproof operation.
The main applications of our air duct heaters include: heating air, drying various materials, vulcanizing rubber, performing heat treatment processes, reheating and dehumidifying—among other similar applications.
Technical Features of Air Duct Heaters
1. It can heat air to very high temperatures, reaching up to 450℃, while the surface temperature of the casing remains only slightly above 50℃.
2. High work efficiency, capable of reaching 0.9 or higher.
3. The heating and cooling rates are both relatively high, with rapid and stable adjustments. There’s no risk of premature or delayed manipulation of gas temperature, which could cause temperature fluctuations. This makes it particularly well-suited for intelligent temperature control.
4. Its excellent physical performance is due to the fact that its heater is made from a specially crafted alloy. As a result, when exposed to high-pressure gas flows, its physical properties and compressive strength are superior to those of other heaters. Consequently, it offers significant advantages in applications involving long-term, uninterrupted gas-heating systems and accessory testing operations.
5. It is durable and has a service life of nearly several decades, while also complying with applicable technical specifications.
