The online heater features a corrosion-resistant plastic vessel, with the vessel material selected based on the customer’s specific operating conditions (PTFE, PVDF, PPH, or PFA). The internal heating element is an imported PFA heating wire, and the unit is designed with a low surface power density to maximize service life. Thanks to the wide range of available vessel materials, this product can heat any acidic or alkaline liquid as well as pure water without leaching any metal ions, making it widely used in wet-process equipment for industries such as photovoltaics and semiconductors.
