Features
1. Made with imported high-quality heating wire directly coated with fluoroplastic (PFA). The fluoroplastic material uses imported raw materials from DuPont (USA) or Daikin Industries (Japan), etc., making the product highly corrosion-resistant, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly. It is suitable for heating various Class Q corrosive liquids.
2. To ensure product lifespan, the surface power of this product is designed to be less than 1W/cm².
3. The electric heater can be equipped with a PT100 temperature probe, J-type thermocouple wire, or thermal fuse (133℃) upon customer selection. For safer use, all heaters are equipped with a grounding wire.
4. The electric heater should be connected to the ground wire during installation and use. If the liquid does not completely cover the heater or if there are crystals on the surface of the heating wire, the heater may burn out due to poor surface heat dissipation.
5. This product has passed CE certification.
