This product utilizes imported tubing materials such as PFA, FEP, and PTFE from DuPont (TEFLON) in the United States or Daikin Industries, Ltd. in Japan. The manufacturing process employs a specialized technique to thermally fuse the tube bundle with Teflon flanges, which are then installed within a cylindrical housing. The housing material can be selected based on the customer’s operating environment; common options include PP, PVDF, and SUS316L stainless steel.
Operating temperature range: –180°C to +260°C; maximum operating pressure: <0.6 MPa (the pressure rating varies with pipe material and temperature). Compared with metal heat exchangers, this product offers a compact footprint, a large heat-transfer area, and a heat-exchange efficiency of up to 95%. It is suitable for heating, cooling, evaporation, and concentration of any corrosive solution and is commonly used in photovoltaic texturing and cleaning equipment.
