This product uses imported raw material tubing (PFA, FEP, PTFE) from companies such as DuPont (TEFLON) or Daikin Industries, Ltd. (FLON). It is manufactured using a special process that involves hot-melt welding of the tubing bundle and Teflon flanges before installation within a cylindrical outer shell. The outer shell material can be selected based on the customer's operating environment; commonly used materials include PP, PVDF, SUS316L stainless steel.
Applicable temperature: -180℃ to +260℃; Operating pressure: <0.6MPa (the pressure resistance will vary depending on the tubing material and temperature). Compared to metal heat exchangers, this product has the advantages of small size, large heat exchange area, and heat exchange efficiency up to 95%. It can heat, cool, evaporate, and concentrate any corrosive solution and is commonly used in photovoltaic texturing and cleaning equipment.
