This major project commencement event closely aligns with the theme of "common prosperity" and focuses on "narrowing regional disparities, urban-rural gaps, and income inequalities." It is understood that a total of 11 projects from the Lishui Economic Development Zone are participating in this centralized commencement ceremony, with a total investment of approximately 7.53 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 1 billion yuan. Among these projects, 6 are industrial projects covering fields such as semiconductors, biopharmaceuticals, and valve automation. In terms of investment scale, there are 8 projects with investments exceeding 100 million yuan, 1 project with investments over 1 billion yuan, and 1 project with investments exceeding 2 billion yuan.
The Zhejiang Southwest Science and Technology Innovation Industrial Park in Lishui City is a featured project among those commencing construction this time. The project has a total investment of 1.69 billion yuan, with planned investments of 200 million yuan for 2021. The construction period spans from 2021 to 2024. Upon completion, the project will serve as the core flagship and landmark building of the Zhejiang Southwest Science and Technology Innovation Corridor. By focusing on the development of science and technology innovation platforms and nurturing innovative enterprises, the project will promote the integration of six key chains—innovation chain, industrial chain, and others—thus boosting the high-quality development of the five leading industrial clusters in the Lishui Economic Development Zone.
