The Teflon online heater is an instrument and equipment used for heating various corrosive liquids. It features a new type of electric heater made from polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE, also known as Teflon or Fluon), which boasts exceptional resistance to strong corrosive substances. Teflon heaters encompass several types, including Teflon electric heaters, Teflon steam heaters, and Teflon hot-water heaters.
The Teflon online heater boasts excellent resistance to aging, superior flexibility, and outstanding chemical and thermal stability (-250~260℃). It exhibits exceptionally good corrosion resistance, has a smooth tube wall surface, moderate elasticity, and remains stable even under slight vibrations during operation—making it difficult for contaminants to adhere. Moreover, it features a compact design with a small footprint; its heat-transfer area per unit volume is more than four times that of metal-shell tubular heaters. As a result, the Teflon heater can operate safely even under fluid-induced impacts and vibrations, and the tube bundle can be custom-designed into various specialized shapes as needed.
