When in operation, the electric heating element is connected to the power supply, and as the medium flows through the heater, its temperature begins to rise. Inside the high-temperature Teflon hot-water heater, the turbine starts rotating, generating turbulent flow that ensures a uniform temperature distribution throughout the heater, thereby enhancing the heating efficiency. At the same time, the heating medium must also circulate continuously to achieve the desired heating effect.

PTFE online heaters are widely used in various fields. In the chemical industry, they can be employed to heat chemical reaction equipment such as reactors and distillation units. In food processing, they are suitable for stages including baking, drying, and preheating. In the plastics processing industry, they can be used to heat equipment like injection molding machines and extruders. Additionally, PTFE online heaters are also ideal for applications such as hot-water heating systems.

When using, please pay attention to the following points:

  1. The Teflon electric heating tube must be completely immersed in the material being heated to prevent dry burning.

  2. If scale or carbon deposits accumulate on the outer metal casing after use, they should be removed promptly to maintain heat dissipation performance and extend service life.

  3. Pay attention to the condition of the lead terminals of the electric heating tube to prevent electric leakage accidents.

  4. When heating metals or solid substances that easily melt, first initiate the melting process by reducing the external voltage. Once melting is complete, restore the voltage to its rated level.

  5. The storage location must be kept dry and have adequate insulation resistance. If the insulation resistance is too low, it can be restored by applying a low voltage before resuming use.
