The YC-B4 series ultrapure water heating system consists of three main components: clean pipelines, an ultrapure quartz heater, and a control system. The entire heater is pollution-free, featuring high-purity quartz elements as its base material. The inlet pipeline is made of GFPPH tubing, connections between quartz cylinders are made using PFA tubing, and the outlet pipeline is made of PVDF tubing. This design ensures electrical and water separation, providing clean heating without any impurities. The system heats up rapidly, and the ultrapure water never comes into contact with metals. As a result, it is widely used for heating ultrapure water in wet-process equipment in industries such as photovoltaics and semiconductors.
