Teflon Heater Tail-End Instructions
1. High-quality 304 or 316L stainless steel heating element with an outer Teflon tube (Daikin PTFE or PFA), and imported nickel-chromium wire for the heating element.
2. Low surface power design (below 1.5W/cm²) ensures product lifespan.
3. Care must be taken to prevent solid deposits or crystals in the solution from covering the heater surface. Liquids that are too viscous or have too low a liquid level will burn out the Teflon tube due to poor heat dissipation.
4. All heaters can be equipped with overheat protectors or PT100 temperature sensors to ensure product lifespan and equipment safety.
5. Due to the strong corrosion resistance and non-stickiness of Teflon (PTFE), it is widely used for heating in oxidizing acid polishing, chemical plating (gold, silver, nickel), and various high-requirement chemical solutions.
6. Customized products in various shapes, voltages, and power ratings are available upon request.
7. Our company's Teflon heaters have passed EU CE certification.
