The photovoltaic semiconductor series features a corrosion-resistant plastic vessel, with the vessel material selected based on the customer’s specific operating conditions (PTFE, PVDF, PPH, PFA). The internal heating element is an instant-heating heater made from imported PFA, designed with a low surface power density to maximize service life. Thanks to the diverse range of vessel materials, this product can heat any acidic or alkaline liquid as well as pure water without releasing any metallic ions, making it widely used in wet-process equipment for the photovoltaic and semiconductor industries.
