Due to the chemical inertness, smooth surface, curvature, and high thermal expansion coefficient of PTFE tubing, the heat transfer surfaces remain free from scaling, significantly reducing the frequency of equipment maintenance and ensuring relatively stable heat transfer coefficients and consistent production efficiency over long periods.

With a highly stable chemical structure, Teflon is a perfectly symmetrical linear polymer with no side chains and no polarity; thus, its chemical properties are remarkably stable. After prolonged contact with strong acids, strong bases, oxidizing agents, oxides, aqua regia, and other similar solutions, Teflon remains completely safe and reliable. It can withstand boiling hydrofluoric acid at concentrations ranging from 0% to 99%, ensuring a service life of up to 8 to 10 years for the equipment.
